Accelerated Research Feedstock Arrangements

Beta Pharmaceutical Limited focuses on research and development of effective treatments for breast cancers.

Commercial arrangements have been successfully concluded with TechniKrom Inc of Glenview Illinois 60026 USA which will result in acceleration in the delivery of purified isomers of tocotrienols to the research teams working on the company's Breast Cancer and Health Project which is underway at the University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM) in the southern part of the USA.

TechniKrom supplies world class processing equipment, products and services for biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical and fine chemical industries. Under the new arrangements concluded on the 21st February, 2008, TechniKrom has undertaken to supply 180 grams of purified tocotrienols to the ULM research teams in Q1 and Q2 of 2008. This is expected to enhance the research activities and give the four teams of scientists greater flexibility in their work.
