MR. ALAN REID
B.JURIS LLB
Chairman of the Board/Managing Director

Mr. Reid is a graduate of the University of Western Australia who has worked in China and Hong Kong since 1985. Currently, he is the owner of Intercedent (Beijing) Limited, an investment company incorporated and operating in the Chinese capital which focuses on assisting western companies conduct business in north Asia. In recent years, Mr. Reid has participated in projects in the aviation, automotive engineering, food and beverages, mineral resources, metals processing and railway sectors. Several of these projects have involved start up operations with two of them proceeding to successful public listings.

Previously, Mr. Reid was Minister Commercial and Senior Trade Commissioner at the Australian Embassy in Beijing (1992-1996) and Chief Operating Officer, Foster's China Limited, a subsidiary of Fosters Brewing Group which operated three joint venture breweries on the Chinese mainland involving a total investment in excess of US $ 150 million (1997 - 1999).

MR. NEIL BONSER

Mr. Bonser has more than 40 years experience in civil engineering and the management of major engineering projects. Currently, he is employed by, and is a substantial shareholder of, the ASX listed, VDM Group Limited, which is involved in structural, civil, environmental, health and acoustic engineering projects in Australia and overseas.

Previously, Mr Bonser has served as a Director of several listed and unlisted Australian companies including Building Control Pty Ltd (construction of residential developments, retirement villages, factories, offices and warehouse complexes), ARC Cad Centre Pty. Ltd (computer-aided drafting), Bonser Bradshaw Partnership Pty. Ltd (civil and structural engineering) and Quay Magnesium Limited (production of magnesium alloys).

MS. SANDRA PATTON
Non Executive Director

Ms. Patton holds degrees in economics, political science and journalism and has specialised in management and marketing consultancy for over 20 years. She has worked for both government and major commercial organizations throughout Australia and Asia. Her industry expertise includes health, digital media, ICT, sustainable energy and banking and finance sectors. Ms. Patton sits on a number of community committees which focus on mental health and homelessness within the inner Sydney area as well as being involved with several non government organisations focusing on the status of women and related issues particularly in subsistence and developing economies.

Mr. Crawte qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the United Kingdom. Currently, he is Associate Director of Ord Nexia Pty Limited, an accountancy practice located in Perth, Australia. Mr. Crawte manages the Corporate Division of Ord Nexia Limited which specializes in assisting companies achieve a listing on the Australian Securities Exchange and ensuring on-going regulatory compliance once listed. He currently serves as Company Secretary for a number of ASX-listed companies.
